Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

Please fill out your return request here and we’ll get back to you ASAP. You can search your email for support@exomend.com to find your original order # (or send us an email and we’ll look it up for you).

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

When your request is approved, we’ll send an email with shipping instructions, so you can pack up and return your like new ExoMend(s) in original packaging (including all printed inserts) within 90 days from the receipt of your shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made. We’ll be refunding your account the full purchase amount if your ExoMend is received in like new, resellable condition, less the cost of any prepaid return shipping label. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Don’t forget, we need the original packaging and all printed inserts (returning your ExoMend without them will be a $5 restocking fee). We also cannot accept a return if your item arrives damaged or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.
